Why does "Microsoft Advertising API Service" not appear in the Enterprise application?

Please advise why the Microsoft Advertising API Service cannot find as below screenshot.

Darren,

Go to App Registration
Go into your app that you want to add Microsoft Advertising API Service
Click on API Permissions
Under Configure Permissions click on Add a Permission
You may see three taps "Microsoft APIs", "APIs my organization uses", and My APIs.
Click on APIs my organization uses
Search for and select Microsoft Advertising API Service
It will then appear under API/Permissions list

For me this Microsoft Advertising API Service

does not appear in the list. What then?

For folks who are not able to see the "Microsoft Advertising API Service" in 'APIs my organization uses' - here is a catch which we figure out after trying for a few days. 

"Microsoft Advertising API Service" gets added automatically on signing for a Microsoft Advertising account (https://ads.microsoft.com/). 

Your Azure account will be under a directory xxx.onmicrosoft.com. You will need a work account user eg: user1@xxx.onmicrosoft.com and will need to signup for Microsoft Advertising account using that user. This will ensure that your Azure direction gets the "Microsoft Advertising API Service" 

Then you can continue adding "Microsoft Advertising API Service" to your App Registration

In Azure, go to App Registrations:
- Select your app
- Click on API Permissions from the menu option
- Click Add a Permission
- Click Tab: APIs my organization uses
- Search for Microsoft Advertising API Service
- Select the App and the required msads.manage and ads.manage permissions
