KM Service Stoped & deactivated server lisence

Question

Hi,
I used windows server 2012 R2 licensed version. Later on it has showed windows activation error message. And server manager showed error as KM service stopped. I tried on through services but it wasn't success. Either windows updates can not process. Updates download successfully but installation process end up with roll back. Please help me !!!
