I have a problem with MFA. I have not setup Microsoft autentificator app on my phone and only other option is to send sms code or receive call via phone. But i receive message:

Error Code: 399287

Request Id: 969d9e7c-9787-43d2-ad0a-55957c17b500

Correlation Id: 6e1579b8-2df3-4299-bb2b-00c4d4b2dc09

Timestamp: 2025-12-22T19:49:48Z

checked on internet that my phone number seems blocked so please can you unblock it as this is my personal and professional number and I have not used it for anything suspicious.

This is my company email and I am only user and global administrator.

Thank you in advance!

Hi! Sorry to hear that you’re having trouble signing in. Please try the options below:

-Clear cookies and cache in your browser, then close and reopen the browser and try again.

-Try a Private/InPrivate window in Microsoft Edge. If your account has a secondary alias (additional sign-in email/phone), try signing in with that alias instead of the primary one.

-Test on a different network (for example, a mobile hotspot). If possible, you can also temporarily use a VPN just to test whether the issue is network-related.

If two-step verification is enabled, the only way is to have access to one of the verification methods registered on your account. In this case, choose the option to use another verification method and try any others you have available. If you don’t have any, select that option anyway—this will take you to the request for the recovery code the system gave you (which you were asked to keep in a safe place) when you enabled two-step verification. If you don’t have that either, choose that option and you’ll likely be given the option to add a verification method in 30 days.
