Get KYC Support for a rejected validation.

My KYC was rejected, with no way of manually verifying the paperwork that was submitted. I've read the other posts, but those support options go to our channel partner and msp. They don't go to Microsoft or whomever manages the KYC submissions. How do we resolve this?
