how do I permanently delete copilot

this thing is 100% unwanted and unneeded and I'm certainly not going to pay you to have it invade my life. But my chrome keeps occasionally (and more frequently as of late) going into a state of rapid refresh, so much so that I cannot type four letters before it has refreshed again and I have to start over. I then must close chrome completely. BUT when I reopen the browser DO YOU WANT TO BUY COPILOT? page pops up. EVERY TIME!!

My conclusion: Your unwanted program is screwing up my computer experience.

Solution: Complete deletion.
