I am trying to get a code signing certificate for my company. Twice I have been through the AU10TIX validation. Scan my drivers license, take a selfie, and then they give me a QR code to scan. I do so, but MS Authenticator gives me an oops something went wrong error. Log says "Unable to fetch issuance requestUnhandled Exception". Tried this a couple of days ago and then today, with the same result.

2025-12-22T23:29:29.07+00:00 - Internet connection is fine.
- Fresh install of MS Authenticator.
- Have tried the verification process on two different days.
- Cleared the MS Authenticator app cache.
- Rebooted my phone.
Still cannot get MS Authenticator to accept the QR code from AU10TIX

2026-03-02T19:42:00.08+00:00 I was able to get passed this issue. If I recall correctly, I needed to use a different browser. I was using Firefox.
