I want my PayPal account credited immediately for $71.05. I do not know how your corporation was able to acquire my PayPal information, because I did not request to subscribe to the Microsoft 360 Family and I certainly did NOT provide my PayPal information.

If you believe that you were charged for a Microsoft 365 subscription that you did not authorize, it's important to address this issue directly with Microsoft. You can contact Microsoft 365 Support for assistance with billing inquiries and to request a refund if applicable. Here are the steps you can take:

    1. Contact Microsoft 365 Support: Reach out to them through their support page for help with your billing issue.
    2. Check Your Subscription Status: Verify if there is an active subscription associated with your account that you may have overlooked.
    3. Review Your Payment Methods: Ensure that your PayPal account is not linked to any subscriptions you may have inadvertently signed up for.

For immediate assistance, contacting support is the best course of action.
