AD Connector is not functiong

We are facing an issue with AD connector. Sync is not working, and in the export part, it indicates server is down. also identified that some servers are disconnecting from domain. however even if the domain credentials are not working, we can see the server already in the domain.
both adsync server and the ad connector are in same Azure VNet and the same subnet.
we tried the TNC for port 389. From the connector to DC, it worked, and not worked from DC to the connector.
We tried to configure a new server and it also got the same error.
