today is third day in row we are getting:
UnknownReason (Unplanned)

    Thank you for sharing the details. We’ve checked from our side and can confirm that the server and all related containers are currently in a healthy state. Could you please confirm whether you are still facing the issue at this time.

    If the issue occurs again, we recommend checking the following to help identify the cause:

    1.Resource metrics: Review CPU, memory, and storage metrics to see if any limits are being reached.
    2.Container health: Check whether any PostgreSQL or supporting containers have become unhealthy.
    3.Connections/workload: Verify if there is a sudden spike in connections or workload from the application.
    4.Maintenance events: Review Azure Service Health and maintenance notifications to see if any planned or unplanned maintenance occurred around that time.
    5.Alerts and logs: Enable and review alerts/logs to capture more details when the issue happens again.

    If the problem reoccurs, please capture the exact time and any error messages and share them with us so we can investigate further.
