Gaming Problem

Question

I can't play my game.
When I open, it just run till show up the menu.
Then, I play, the game just closed.
I have steam too, I play efootball, and cannot launch it.
Please help.

Click your Start Button, then just type dxdiag and press Enter.

On the resulting DirectX utility, select the Display tab.

Please provide a screenshot of that Display tab.

Click your start Button, then just type msinfo and press Enter, please provide a screenshot of the resulting System Information window.
