I recently upgraded my Apple cell phone from and during the transfer process at the Verizon Store, my MS Authenticator settings/credentials were not transferred over to the new phone. I had authentication setup for my AOL (<Mod remove PII> @verizon.net) account and now I am unable to login/recovery this account. AOL Paid support is useless. All I need from AOL is for them to remove my 2 Factor setup/information in order for me to scan a new QR Code to regain access.
Please Help/Advise

2025-12-23T17:54:53.9+00:00 Additionally the AOL support staff is unable validate my credentials and I hav informed them during the phone call that have emails in that account dating back to 2016-2023, but unable to get any new emails from that account. The AOL Help websites are of NO HELP!
