Why is mfreadwrite.h documention is suddenly disappeared?

I could use the documentation last week, but it's suddenly disappeared. I'm debugging a code which uses the related interface. How am I supposed to find the information then?

    It was temporary down, but it came back...

    You can also use MS Help Viewer to browse documentation off-line:
