Usually it installs after the user has signed in. Otherwise you could try use the offline version but it won't automatically update https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/apps/store-apps-company-portal-autopilot
Company Portal & Autopilot
Hi, has anyone been able to install the Company portal as part of the OSD process?
We have it as required for all Autopilot devices, but it seems like it's not installing.
I've read somewhere that Online MS store apps can only be install with user group. Is that accurate?
Thank you in advance and don't hesitate if you have any questions

2021-09-28T01:21:22.357+00:00 @lalanc01 , To require company portal app on co-managed devices and if the client apps workload is with Configuration Manager, we can download the offline company Portal app from the Microsoft Store for Business and deploy from Configuration Manager. If the client apps workload is with Intune, we can try the steps in Nick's article.

2021-10-03T00:08:10.72+00:00 Yes, it is possible but the problem is that you need to add the offline version of the company portal. However, since company portal is an Windows Store app, it will not be automatically updated if you choose for the offline version.
