    Hi Caly,

Thanks for reaching out. I understand how frustrating it is to be stuck in a boot loop. I'm here to help!

First, force Windows into the Recovery Environment by powering on, then holding the power button for about 10 seconds to shut down. Repeat this three times, and on the fourth startup, WinRE should appear.

Second, in WinRE, go to Troubleshoot → Advanced Options → Startup Repair to let Windows fix common boot problems.

Third, if that doesn’t work, open Command Prompt from Advanced Options and run sfc /scannow followed by DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth to repair system files.

Last, if the issue persists, use System Restore or Reset This PC as a final option. These steps target the root causes of error 8007139f, which often involve system corruption or failed updates.

I hope you find this information helpful. Please let me know if you have any further questions If the answer is helpful, please click "Accept Answer".

    Regards,

    Carlo
