Locate BitLocker Identifier on HDD RAW Disk View

I have a situation in which I have a BitLocker encrypted volume that I need to access. I also have a thumb drive with many recovery keys and .BEK files, one of which I'm sure is the correct one.

Is the BitLocker Identifier identifiable by looking at the RAW HDD? I thought the identifier may be the Volume GUID, but that doesn't see to be the case.

    Hi,

The identifier of the drive is generated when the drive is encrypted.

Your BitLocker recovery key is a unique 48-digit numerical password that can be used to unlock your system if BitLocker is otherwise unable to confirm for certain that the attempt to access the system drive is authorized.
    For example:
    Bitlocker recovery key format: 419595-387156-44334-315590-197472-399399-320562-361383

For Bitlocker encrypted data drive, BitLocker recovery key ID is displayed when users click on "More options" and then on Enter recovery key in the wizard to unlock a Bitlocker drive.

Hope above information can help you.
