Hi All,

SCOM Operations Manager console showing Active Critical alert but Health explorer status showing green for Windows server.

  1. Pining is successful from SCOM Server
  2. Tracert no issues.
  3. No Gray Icon

But still, SCOM 2019 Operations Manager console showing Active Critical alert but Health explorer status showing green for Windows server.

someone help us, what could be the reason and how to resolve the issue.

    Hi,

    My we know where do you see critical alert? Monitoring pane, Windows computer state view, as shown in below example?

    Is there any alert in Active alerts view for this server?

    Yes, there is an Active Alert and Active critical of Monitoring Pane but it is Green on Windows computers.

    Hi AndrewTabar and AlexZhu,

    Thanks for concern The critical alert is " filed to connect to computer" ( Server using our own PS Management pack).
    Finally we came to know that it is issue because of UR3 not upgraded.
    Now issue is fixed.

    Below are Steps we followed

    1. Close the Alert by right clicking on Alert
    2. Upgraded the SCOM with UR3.

    Solved our issue.
