    Hi, good day!

    • When was the last time it worked properly?
    • Have you made any changes to your computer recently?

Please let me know if you have tried the methods below.

    • Shutdown your computer

Unplug the power cable from the laptop for 30 minutes, then plug it in again and turn on.

    • Press Windows key+R to open Run then type: services.msc

    This will open Services app

Find Bluetooth Support service in the list

Right click it then select Restart

Right click it again then select Properties

Click General Tab, in the Startup Type option, choose Automatic in the drop-down list.

    Click Apply and OK.

    Restart your computer.

    • Please try to turn off Fast startup

Press Start then search Control panel

Under View by > select Small icons

    Select Power Options

On the left side, click "Choose what power buttons do"

Click "Change settings that are currently unavailable"

Under Shutdown settings > Turn off fast startup

Power off the system then pull the power cable from the laptop, wait for 15 minutes.

    Power back on

If the issue persists, what is the exact make and model of your device?

Press Start then search System Information

Please take a screenshot of the resulting window and post it in your next response

If the Bluetooth icon is missing and you are unable to connect to any devices, there are a few potential reasons and solutions to consider:

    1. Bluetooth Radio Status: Ensure that the Bluetooth radio is turned on. Sometimes, it can be disabled either through hardware switches or software settings.
    2. Emulation Mode: Check if the Bluetooth radio is in emulation mode, which can prevent it from functioning properly.
    3. Notification Area Settings: In the Bluetooth Settings dialog, make sure that the option to show the Bluetooth icon in the notification area is selected. If this option is not checked, the icon will not appear.
    4. Device Manager: Check Device Manager for any issues with the Bluetooth device. If there is a yellow exclamation mark, it indicates a problem with the driver or hardware.

If the icon is still not appearing after checking these settings, you may need to troubleshoot further or consider reinstalling the Bluetooth drivers.
