Lost Microsoft authenticator

Hello,

I created a Microsoft account for testing purposes and added my bank card.

I also enabled MFA using the Microsoft Authenticator app on my old phone.

Later, I changed my phone.

The MFA authentication is now required, and I no longer have access to the Authenticator app.

Because of this, I cannot sign in to my Microsoft account.

I am worried that an active subscription may be charged automatically, and I cannot remove my payment method without signing in.

Questions:

  1. How can I recover access to my Microsoft account or reset MFA?
  2. Is it possible to disable or cancel subscriptions without signing in?
  3. What is the correct recovery process in this situation?

I can provide account ownership details if required.

Thank you for your help.
