Hello,
I created a Microsoft account for testing purposes and added my bank card.
I also enabled MFA using the Microsoft Authenticator app on my old phone.
Later, I changed my phone.
The MFA authentication is now required, and I no longer have access to the Authenticator app.
Because of this, I cannot sign in to my Microsoft account.
I am worried that an active subscription may be charged automatically, and I cannot remove my payment method without signing in.
Questions:
- How can I recover access to my Microsoft account or reset MFA?
- Is it possible to disable or cancel subscriptions without signing in?
- What is the correct recovery process in this situation?
I can provide account ownership details if required.
Thank you for your help.
