Hello. I have previously updated my payment method and paid for my MS office renewal with the new card information however I am still receiving a notice that payment is due. I can provide a screenshot of the notice and proof of payment directly to an appropriate customer service representative by email but cannot find such an email. Please can clarify what is the customer support email address for me to post this information to? . Thank you.

Log into your Microsoft account on this link and check the expiry date on your Microsoft 365 subscription to ensure it is indicated correctly.

If the expiry date is listed correctly, where are you seeing the notification about a payment being due, is that an Email that is indicated as coming from Microsoft or are you seeing that somewhere else?

If that is an Email, please provide full details on the Email you have received, it may be a phishing scam.
