Here in our organization we have decided to use cloud computing for our backup storage. we are new to this type of environment and i am looking for a best way for backing up vital data in our organization. Please could anyone provide some more information about the information, processes that needs to be done?

Also an email where can i talk direct or contact anyone from Microsoft Azure.

Appreciate any help i can get.

Microsoft Azure does provide a backup solution for different types of workloads. Please refer to the documentation - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/backup/backup-overview to understand What is Azure backup, different types of offerings etc.

the right solution varies based on your current backup infra and workloads/backup polices.
Mostly all the major 3rd party backup software tools support Azure storage as target for storing backup and retention. what is your current backup tool ? or its a greenfield deployment.
Also you have azure native backup tool which can backup the workloads instead of 3rd part ones (if dont have one already deployed).
