You need update your Legal name on your Learn profile on this page https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/settings

However, as you have an exam booked, you will also need to contact Microsoft Credentials support https://aka.ms/credentialssupport and create a ticket

To change your name associated with your Microsoft certification, you will need to follow these steps:

    1. Contact Microsoft Certification Support: Reach out to the Microsoft Certification support team. You can find their contact information on the Microsoft Certification website.
    2. Provide Documentation: Be prepared to provide legal documentation that verifies your name change. This could include a marriage certificate, court order, or any other official document that reflects your new name.
    3. Request the Change: Clearly state your request to update your name in your certification records. Ensure that you provide your old name, new name, and any relevant identification details.
    4. Follow Up: After submitting your request, follow up to confirm that the change has been processed before your upcoming exam.

It's important to make this change as soon as possible to avoid any issues on the day of your exam.
