Issues with Authenticator app

I have been receiving multiple Authenticator app requests for my account. I have reset my password and almost immediately, I receive more Authenticator requests. This has happened about five times now. I have contacted Microsoft and they say account is secure and to ask the question here. Thanks for any help you can provide
