Copilot Test

The error message you are encountering, which states that Copilot cannot be used in the workspace due to geographical restrictions, suggests that there may be limitations based on the region where your Fabric capacity is deployed. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve this issue:

  1. Check Capacity Region: Ensure that the Fabric F2 capacity is deployed in a region that supports Copilot. If it is deployed in a region that does not support Copilot, you may need to create a new capacity in a supported region.
  2. Tenant-Level Settings: Confirm that the tenant-level Fabric Copilot setting is enabled. If this setting is off, the Copilot button may appear but remain disabled. You can check this in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center or Fabric Admin Portal.
  3. Permissions: Verify that you have the necessary permissions to use Copilot in the selected workspace. You need admin, member, or contributor access to a workspace that is assigned to a paid Fabric capacity or Power BI Premium capacity with Copilot enabled.
  4. Contact Support: If you have verified the above and still face issues, consider reaching out to Microsoft support for assistance regarding the deployment of Copilot in your tenant.

Since you mentioned that you cannot find relevant settings in the Admin Centers, it may be beneficial to ensure that your admin roles are correctly assigned and that you are checking the right sections for Copilot settings.
