Problem posting a Question

I cannot post a question about a programming problem I'm having. My post comes NOWHERE near violating the Terms and Conditions. It is a simple post with about a dozen lines of code and text explaining what each section of code does. I close with my question.

I have tried FOUR times to post, each time tweaking my post to try to get it accepted, all to no avail. Would a mod PLEASE let me know why my post is unacceptable.
