Install Microsoft 365???

I have a subscription to Microsoft 365 Personal, and have used it successfully for years. However, now I see an option to "Install Microsoft 365". What is this, and why should I install? What would be different?

    If you have a current Microsoft 365 Personal subscription, if you open one of the apps, are you able to create and save a new document, or are all functions blocked in the app?

    Log into your Microsoft account on this link https://account.microsoft.com/services/, is the expiry date listed for your subscription correct?

    Please provide a screenshot of where you are seeing that Microsoft 365 notification.
