Hey there! Nice to meet you!

Please try using different network services or try again at a later time, as these steps may help resolve temporary browser-related issues that could be interfering with payment processing.

Also, ensure that your payment methods are up to date and have no restrictions imposed by your bank.

If the issue persists, you will need to contact Microsoft Billing Support for further assistance, as they have the tools and resources to properly investigate this case:

    https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact?SourceApp=smc2&ContactUsExperienceEntryPointAssetId=S.HP.SmcContactUsLanding

Type "Billing issue" > click "Get Help" > Scroll down to Sign in to Contact Support > Microsoft 365 and Office > Billing and Payment Updates > Confirm > Chat with a support agent in your web browser

Thank you for your understanding! Please let me know if you need anything else.

    Best regards,

    Darhyl

If you are experiencing issues with the payment screen freezing while trying to renew your subscription, here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:

    1. Sign Out and In: Sign out of all active Microsoft 365 sessions and then sign back in.
    2. Browser Issues: Try the following actions to resolve browser-related issues:
      • Refresh your browser.
      • Use a different browser.
      • Clear your browser's cached cookies.
    3. InPrivate Browsing: If the issue persists, consider using an InPrivate session in Microsoft Edge or Internet Explorer. This can help bypass any cached data that might be causing the freeze.
    4. Check for Updates: Ensure your browser is up to date, as outdated versions can sometimes cause functionality issues.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may want to contact Microsoft support for further assistance with your subscription renewal.
