    Hi Bayina Technology,

We wanted to share an update regarding the recent PostgreSQL Flexible Server unavailability. The service runs on Azure Virtual Machines, and on Dec 29, 2025, there was an unexpected hardware issue on the underlying node hosting your VM, which caused the downtime.

As part of Azure’s standard recovery process, the platform automatically relocated the virtual machine to a healthy node and completed the required recovery steps. The service was successfully restored and became available again around 02:00 UTC.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this outage may have caused. Please let us know if you have any further questions or notice any ongoing issues.
