Second Authenticator Account

I got a new phone and I have signed in to my company account on my Authenticator app. However, I have a second account in the app, on my old phone, that is considered an “extension” than I need to get transferred. It is for our MSFT Data Center DCE team for DCAT requests which is critical for me to be able to work within our MSFT Data Centers. Can I please get some assistance getting the “extended” account added to my new phones Authenticator app please? (I still have access to my old phone for the next few days before I need to return it to Verizon for trade in and it will be no longer available). Also, when I go on the DCAT submission website, the Authenticator request still goes to my old phone.
