    Hi,

In this case, try creating a local account to confirm if there are any errors in your profile.

In this case, it wouldn't be a hardware issue but a software one.

Follow this question: If you select the option "I don't have this person's sign-in information," you can sign up for a new email address and create a new Microsoft account. If you want to create a local account, select the option "Add a user without a Microsoft account."

    Thanks

It sounds like you are experiencing issues with your HP OMEN 5060 where it sometimes boots into Safe Mode or an admin mode instead of your user profile. This could be related to a driver issue or a problem with the system configuration. Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot the problem:

    1. Boot into Safe Mode: Since you can access Safe Mode, try booting into it and check if there are any problematic drivers or applications that might be causing the issue. You can use the Event Viewer to look for errors that occurred during boot.
    2. Check for Driver Issues: If you suspect a driver issue, you can update your drivers through the Device Manager. Look for any devices with a yellow exclamation mark, which indicates a problem.
    3. Disable Hybrid Shutdown: Sometimes, hybrid shutdown (or fast startup) can cause boot issues. You can disable this feature by going to Control Panel > Power Options > Choose what the power buttons do, and uncheck the option for "Turn on fast startup."
    4. System Restore: If the problem started recently, consider performing a system restore to revert your system to a previous state when it was functioning correctly.
    5. Check for Windows Updates: Make sure your system is up to date with the latest Windows updates, as these can fix known issues.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may want to consider contacting HP support or returning the device if it continues to malfunction.
