Hi!
I have an old account I would like to reactivate and purchase resources on azure potal.
The account can still logon and I can see my profile on https://account.microsoft.com/
I updated my payment methods.
This all worked well.
Due to azure portal inactivity and an old entra id tenant I get this error message when vistiing portal.azure.com

Sign-in failed

Error code: interaction_required

Error message: interaction_required: interaction_required: AADSTS5000225: This tenant has been blocked due to inactivity. I read a lot of help articles and also called the support hotline + chat.
But nobody knows how to help.

Question: How can I use my account to log on to azure portal to purchase azure resources again?

Hello Mirko

As discussed over private messages, please login to Azure with the tenant specific endpoint and pass the tenant ID I provided.

https://portal.azure.com/TenantID

And you will be able to access Azure portal.
