My online/web browser Outlook account stopped displaying new emails. It receives them and do not send messages to the sender that there is an error with the Outlook account. But when I log in, the inbox does not display incoming emails that has been received in the last week. All emails before this issue display fine, and I can send emails, just cannot see incoming emails. It has only used 1/3 of the storage space, it sends emails, I can see all emails before this issue, basically at a loss as to what is wrong.

    Hi,

    May I suggest these steps:

     Open Outlook.

     Right-click Inbox → select Properties.

In the General tab, click Clear Offline Items → hit OK to remove local data.

Click OK to close the dialog.

With your Inbox still selected, press Shift + F9 to force Outlook to re-sync that folder.

you can use this link for more info:

    I hope this Helps!
