Due to my financial situation I will need to cancel my Microsoft 365 subscription. If I do this can you confirm whether there will still be free access to Outlook, Word, etc

If you cancel your Microsoft 365 subscription you will loose access to the 1TB of storage on OneDrive that comes with the subscription, if you have more than the free 5GB of storage used up on your OneDrive account online, you would need to download your files to ensure you do not loose access to your files.

I see you posted to the iOS forum, what device are you using Microsoft Office on, is that an Apple phone or an apple tablet with a screen size greater than 10"?

When you cancel your Microsoft 365 subscription, you will lose access to the premium features of Outlook, Word, and other Microsoft 365 applications. However, Microsoft does offer free versions of some of these applications, which can be accessed through the web. You can still use the web-based versions of Outlook and Word for free, but they will have limited functionality compared to the full desktop versions available with a subscription.

If you do not have a payment method associated with your trial subscription, you can simply let it expire at the end of the trial period without being charged.

It's important to save any data you need before canceling, as access to your files may be restricted after cancellation.
