Check if a subscription could be associated with some other Microsoft account of yours. Each outlook.om or hotmail.com e-mail address is a "potential" Microsoft account as well. Try each of them at https://account.microsoft.com/services and, with a bit of luck, you will find the correct one. Turn off recurring billing and cancel the subscription immediately.

If it turns out that you do need further support from Microsoft, see https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-billing/how-to-investigate-a-billing-charge-from-microsoft-398c5328-364c-d5e4-ea8f-f5ad60562a93 . Chat support can be accessed via https://support.microsoft.com/contactus.

If you are still being charged for a Microsoft subscription that you believe you have canceled, here are some steps you can take:

    1. Check Your Subscription Status: Log into your Microsoft account and verify if there are any active subscriptions listed. Sometimes subscriptions may not be canceled properly.
    2. Contact Support: If you do not see any active subscriptions but are still being charged, it is advisable to contact Microsoft Support for assistance. They can help you investigate the charges and ensure that any lingering subscriptions are addressed.
    3. Billing Account Issues: If your billing account is blocked or has issues, it may affect your subscriptions. You can check the status of your billing account and contact support if necessary to resolve any issues.
    4. Review Payment Methods: Ensure that the payment method associated with your account is correct and check for any other subscriptions that may be using the same payment method.

Taking these steps should help you resolve the issue with the unexpected charges.
