I have two personal Microsoft accounts. It's showing as a duplicate when I attempt to use it to register for a certification exam on PersonVue. I'm unable to merge the two accounts since they're both personal accounts.
If I delete a secondary personal microsoft learn profile, PersonVue may still have access to the old data. What do I do to make sure I don't have duplicates account records that could block my certification exam scheduling or scoring?

2025-12-30T18:19:10.86+00:00 I was unable to submit a support request through the link you shared. There is no Learning product/service family to choose from. Also, it requires a subscription if I select any other option.
I am going to delete the secondary account. It's a risk I'm prepared to take. I only have learning badges in that account, no certifications. I would like to know if PersonVue will be willing to help remove the duplicate once I delete the secondary account.
