Please provide full details on any problem you are experiencing, I presume that is with Microsoft 365, the forum you posted your question to, also if there is any error you are seeing, please provide a screenshot of the error.
I have some questions on an invoice we received for an old customer. I tried calling the phone number on the invoice, and I googled a couple more phone numbers. They all get stuck on an automated machine not helping me and then hanging up. I tried going to the website looking for a customer support email or phone number and can not find anything but this. I would like to speak to someone directly not in a chain that everyone can read. How do I get someone to directly speak to me?

Go to this link: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus
Select Microsoft 365
Click 'Get Home Support'.
In the box provided, type billing.
Press Enter, then on the next page, scroll down and click 'Sign in to Contact Support'.
Navigate to Microsoft 365 and Office - Manage my Subscription.
Select the 'Chat with support agent in web browser' option
