Windows server 2016 backup

Hello, please help with one problem, Windows Backup feature is not installed on Windows server 2016.

Previously, Backup worked, then the icon disappeared from all places of the system, it was not started manually. I tried to reinstall, but I see this error all the time, see the screen. At the same time, other features are installed, pointing the source manually to the installation disk does not help anything, even checking the system for errors, everything writes in order.
