    Hello PW,

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum. I'm happy to help.

I understand how frustrating it can be when you are unable to play the game that you paid for.

I'll try my best to provide you the assistance needed, however, please contact Microsoft Support or Xbox Support if you need more information about your account.

Before we proceed, can you please check your account purchase history first to see if your order is listed there? Please go to account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and log in with your Microsoft account.

    I'm waiting for your reply.
