How to book or reserve scoped packages for an Enterprise organization?

Hi,

We are interesting to get awareness on the process to follow for booking packages scopes for our whole organization at Enterprise Level (Schneider Electric). We got a bunch of teams and as part of our security policy we want to get under control the public packages within our organization.

Please, might you indicate to us what are the steps to be followed?

Hi,

This is not what we are looking for. What we want to get clear is howto centralize at corporate level the ID prefix reservation for the whole company (Link)

Are there other considerations we need to keep in mind, apart of the ones stated on the ID Prefix Reservation? i.e. How to assign a person or limited group of persons owning the organization?
