Usage reporting on Azure AD Applications

Hi,
We have around 100 Azure AD apps registered in our tenant. Not all of them are in use. Is there a quick way to retrieve the last sign-in and usage information for the Azure AD Enterprise Applications and App registrations?

I know I can click on the reports for usage and sign-in within the Azure portal on an app by app basis, but I'm looking for something more efficient.

    @TechUser2020-6505 , Azure has usage and insights feature on Enterprise application blade which is still under preview. It will provide you the list of successful sign-ins, Failed sign-ins, success rate with date range filter as shown below,
