Install skype for Business server 2019

Question

I am trying to install SFB Server 2019 in my office. my DC has win2012 R2 and skype server 2016. my account is domain administrator. but when i try to prepare schema option it says "ServerSchemaPrepareTask execution failed on an unrecoverable error".

I appreciate to help me
