How do I get a replacement code for my Minecraft Experience Digital Cape?

I tried to redeem the Minecraft Experience Digital Cape after The Minecraft Experience I attended today. The code did not work because it was "already redeemed". I have not redeemed it yet and it has been less than 12 hours from me receiving the code. The codes also did not work for my friends when they tried to redeem them. The code did not work work after I checked it multiple times to make sure it was correct, and no one in my household has redeemed my code. The Microsoft Support Agent told me to request a new code but I con't seem to find where and how. How can I request a new code?
