Why did I pay $74.63 for microsoft 365 and now it is $99.99 plus tax??? Big difference in price. Please explain.

Microsoft indicated last year there would be a price increase on the Microsoft 365 subscription, because they were adding new functionality like Copilot to Microsoft 365, if you do not need the new functionality, on your Microsoft account online, choose to cancel the subscription, then on the next page, scroll down and you should find the hidden option to get Microsoft 365 Classic for the original cheaper price.

I purchased Microsoft 365 Personal for $69.99, when I open my account and I go to history it's there. I purchased it on August 15th of 2022 My order number is 364-456-3797. On January 3rd 2026 I did restore on my laptop. I no longer have Microsoft 365 Personal on my laptop when I sign in you guys are trying to get me to repurchase it for $99.99. I bought a lifetime subscription. Every time I go to my Microsoft account you all wanna charge me to buy a new one. I lost my passkey numbers the 25 digits. And I can't find them or bring them back up. I need you to help me bring back my Microsoft 365 Personal.What I really want is my word documents. My name is Robert Gum, My phone number is {571] 265-9991. My email account with you is ******@outlook.com my other account is ******@outlook.com. I used ******@outlook.com whem I purchased Microsoft 365 Personal. When I open my Microsoft account and go to Word I can see all of my Word documents that I have made but y'all blocked me with trying to get me to buy it again. What I want is my account so I can get to all my documents please, thank you.
