Hello

I don't have any Microsoft subscription, nor authorized auto-pay for anything. I got charged twice on January 2nd, and can't speak with anyone from customer service. This is the third time it has happened to me. How can I speak to someone? I go to my account, or follow the instructions, and there is no subscription under my account.

Hello, good day and thanks for your question. Sorry to know about this and to add to the above, if there is no other subscription that is present on your account this means that the payment method or the card that you are using got caught somewhere from the last time that you have used it and this has caused an unauthorized charge and in this case it is best to reach out to the bank to block and replace your card to avoid additional or future unwanted charge/s. It is also a good measure to temporarily lock it from the bank's website or the bank's mobile app to ensure that you will not have an unauthorized charge while this is still being figured out. Kindly take note that the forum does not have access to user accounts to be able to check this billing side of things and you can reach out to the support team at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/contactus/ and then click on Microsoft 365 and then click Get Home Support and then type in Billing question and click the blue button that says Sign in to contact Support and login and proceed from there or you can also request a call back by going to https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2168171 in case you are having trouble cancelling and getting a refund.

If you are experiencing unauthorized charges and cannot find any subscriptions under your account, it is important to contact Microsoft support directly for assistance. Here are steps you can take to reach customer service:

    1. Contact Microsoft 365 Support: You can reach out to Microsoft 365 support through their official support page. They can help investigate the charges and assist you in resolving the issue.
    2. Check for Billing Notifications: Ensure that the email address associated with your account is correct and check your spam folder for any billing notifications that might provide more context on the charges.
    3. Create a Support Request: If you continue to have trouble, consider creating a support request through the Azure portal or Microsoft support page to get personalized assistance.

These steps should help you get in touch with someone who can assist you with the unauthorized charges.
