I am typing this with my university account as I do not have access to my personal Microsoft email account, as I think it has been tampered with.

When I sign in to my personal account, this shows up:User's image

When I click the 'get a new Microsoft account' and attempt to sign in with the exact same email, this shows up:

User's image Help would be appreciated, as this account is directly tied to purchased products I use daily.

    Hi,

The error message saying 'The account does not exist' usually appears when you enter an incorrect username or email address, the account has been compromised, or you haven’t signed in to your account for more than two years.

    1. When was the last time you successfully logged in to this account?
    2. Did you make sure you entered the correct email address?
    3. Have you noticed any unusual activity on your account recently?
