cannot switch directory in azure

cannot logon to my azure tenant because i have a new phone and lost the previous phone on which i had configured my MFA in authenticator.

I was the last person with acccess to the tenant, so there is nobody i can ask to reset my MFA. I actually need to access it to remove resources, so we can get rid of the whole tenant. I cannot remove it because of resources in it.
