I have this problem. The deployment of your zone has been completed. However, the following anomalies have been detected:

*.com/MX '*-com.mail.protection.outlook.com' (out of zone) has no address records (A or AAAA)

In OVH DNS, I noticed this issue. As a result, I can send emails but do not receive any. How can I resolve this problem?

To resolve the issue of not receiving emails due to the error regarding the MX record, you should ensure that the MX record is correctly configured in your DNS settings. Here are the steps you can follow:

    1. Verify MX Record: Use the nslookup.exe utility to check if the MX record for your domain is correctly set up. You should see an entry that points to *-com.mail.protection.outlook.com.
    2. Add Address Records: If the MX record is present but you are still facing issues, check if there are corresponding address records (A or AAAA) for the MX record. You may need to add these records if they are missing.
    3. DNS Propagation: After making changes to your DNS records, it may take some time for the changes to propagate across the internet. This can take up to 72 hours.
    4. Check for Other Issues: Ensure that your domain is verified in the Microsoft 365 portal and that there are no other misconfigurations in your DNS settings.

If you continue to experience issues, consider reaching out to your DNS provider (OVH in this case) for assistance or consult the Microsoft support resources for further troubleshooting.
