    Hello,

How did you obtain your license initially?

Did it come with the device preinstalled, or did you purchase it?

If you purchased it, did you purchase from Microsoft, or from third party?

Is it originally a Win7/8 key?

Thanks for sharing the details! Try to activate via Windows 11 generic trigger key (does NOT downgrade or pirate)

This does not replace your license, it forces Microsoft’s servers to re-attach your existing digital license.

    For Windows 11 Home

Once the admin Command Prompt is open, type one line at a time and press Enter after each:

    slmgr /ipk TX9XD-98N7V-6WMQ6-BX7FG-H8Q99

    slmgr /ato

If your license exists on Microsoft’s servers, Windows will activate immediately.

    Best regards,

    Kimberly
