[Hep Needed] Error message: interaction_required: interaction_required: AADSTS5000225: This tenant has been blocked due to inactivity

Dear Microsoft Team,

Due to inactivity, all of our entra ID's on @[ourteamid].onmicrosoft.com became inactive and disabled from even making a purchase, as required by an email received on Nov. 26 2025. Today, we wanted to make a purchase to reinstate the Microsoft Entra ID but it also requires login onto Azure/Entra, which blocked us from login in. So it becomes a chicken-n-egg dead loop.

You’re receiving this email because your Microsoft billing account ID PII removed------1 and associated Microsoft Entra ID tenant (tenant IDPII removed--) have been inactive for more than 200 days.

To continue using your current billing account and tenant, make a purchase before January 26, 2026. If you don’t make a purchase before this date, your next purchase with Microsoft will require a new billing account and an associated Microsoft Entra ID tenant to continue using Microsoft services.

Please kindly help us to reinstate this Azure/Entra account as we use it to proactively manage our Microsoft Store development process.

Attached is the email notification and error message at login to Azure/Entra portal.
