Using classic Outlook for Windows in business environments
Do you perhaps have AutoArchive enabled and is the pst-file you are archiving to pointing to a location on a network share or a location within a synced folder tree (such as OneDrive or Dropbox)? This is not supported. Make sure the pst-file is in regular folder on your local drive.
You tagged this post as New Outlook but your pictures shows that you are using Classic Outlook (I've adjusted the tag now). In that case, you can find your AutoArchive settings here;
File-> Options-> Advanced-> AutoArchive Settings...
You can also turn off AutoArchive (temporarily) to verify whether the issue is indeed caused by AutoArchive.
