Hello,

I am trying to reach someone in accounting that could complete an ACH form so we can issue payment for outstanding invoices for Microsoft Azure. I created a request, but haven't heard from anyone. The request number is CAS-3161146-B7X5P1.

Our business name on the most recent invoice is Pioneer Surgical Technologies, d/b/a Resolve Surgical Technologies.

The most recent invoice number is G128661818.

Could someone please contact me via email or phone? Our company email address is ******@exalta.com.

Thank you,

Tracy Matthies

To address your request regarding the ACH form for payment of outstanding invoices for Microsoft Azure, I recommend reaching out directly to Microsoft Azure support. You can create a support request through the Azure portal or contact the relevant team for billing inquiries. Since you have already created a request (CAS-3161146-B7X5P1), it may be beneficial to follow up on that request to ensure it is being processed.

For further assistance, you can also refer to the troubleshooting resources available for Azure billing issues, which might provide additional guidance on how to resolve your payment inquiries.
